Disable or Remove Existing Rules in the Mobile App for Homelife Automation

Solution

With the Homelife mobile app, you can set up individual, personalized rules in your Automation service for your home’s lighting, energy usage, and more. You can also set up alerts and notifications for when predefined events occur. To create a rule, refer to Creating Rules in the Mobile App for Homelife Automation.
 

Follow the steps below to disable or remove an existing Rule in the Mobile App.

From the My Home screen, tap Rules.

Tap the Rule tile being disabled or removed.

From the Detail screen, complete the following based on the desired action.

  • To temporarily disable the rule, toggle the button OFF. All steps complete.
  • To delete the rule, tap REMOVE.

From the confirmation pop-up screen, complete the following.

  • Tap No to cancel the adjustment and to return to the Details window.
  • Tap Yes to confirm then changes and to receive the Removing Rule pop-up screen advising the Rule has been removed.
