Device Support
The Device Support section, shown in the image below, displays if your device is not being financed. Click the Cox Mobile Support button to view tutorials and additional support content.
Device Payment Plan
The Device Payment Plan section, shown in the image below, displays if your device is being financed. Any applicable promotional plan information also displays here.
- To view information about promotional plan agreements, if applicable, click View agreement.
- To make a payment on your device, click the Make a payment button.
