Opting In for Text Messages and Alerts
You can opt-in to receive text messages and alerts from Cox within My Profile Notification Preferences. If you need assistance with text alerts, Contact Us.
Opting Out of Text Messages and Alerts
If you want to opt out of receiving text messages and alerts, respond to a Cox text message with one of the following commands.
- STOP
- END
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- QUIT
Note: Other commands may be available for minor service disruption communications. You can mute them for a specific outage event or overnight.
