Cox Email Interface Guide

Allows you to toggle between the following icons.

• Calendar – Access appointments and tasks in your calendar. See Managing the Calendar in Cox Email to learn how to manage your calendar.
• Cox logo – Click on the logo to open the Cox.com website.
• All Applications menu -  Displays all of the available apps.
• Email Inbox – Displays all of your emails.
• Contacts – Enter a new contact, access your collected addresses and contacts. See Managing Contacts and Distribution Lists in Cox Email to learn how to manage your contacts.

You can do the following via the Toolbar. See Cox Email Settings to learn how to manage basic settings.

• View notifications.
• Refresh to load new emails.
• Access Help menu.
• Access to settings.
• Sign out of Cox Email.

You can manage your inbox in the following ways. See Managing Messages in Cox Email for more information.

• View, reply, forward, mark email as spam, or move an email to another folder.
• Create a New email.
• View all folders.
• Search for an email.
• Add a new folder.
• Add an External (non Cox Email) email account.

Toggle view for Advertisements

Toggle Advertisement view – Click the arrow to display or hide the advertisement window pane.
