If the data usage on your device is different from the usage showing with Cox, it could be due to one the following reasons:
- The data usage showing on the Cox App and Cox.com can be up to 6 hours behind the actual usage.
Note: The messages you receive may be more up-to-date than what shows on your Cox account. - Samsung calculates data usage differently than Cox.
- Samsung: 1GB = 1,000MB
- Cox Mobile: 1GB = 1,024MB
- The data usage cycle on the device may not align with the data usage cycle on your account.
