Use the following information to troubleshoot the Home Shopping Network Shop by Remote app when the picture appears frozen or buffering.
Note: As an Internet application, the Home Shopping Network Shop by Remote app works just like Home Shopping Network does on an Internet device which may buffer due to slow Internet speeds.
- Attempt to access the connections on the back of the cable receiver and ensure the cables are finger tight.
- On the Cox remote control, press Exit.
- If the app continues to appear frozen, then unplug the receiver for 30 seconds and then plug the receiver back in.
- If the app doesn't appear to be frozen, then attempt to relaunch the app.
