Launch the Cox Homelife mobile app.
From the Sign In screen, tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
From the Application Settings screen, scroll down to the Sign In Server section.
From the list of servers available, locate Cox, and in the right-hand column, tap the radio button.
Result: The radio button turns blue assigning Cox as the selected server.
