Clearing Cache or Cookies in Chrome

Complete the following steps to clear your cookies or cache in Google Chrome.

On the menu bar, click the More icon that resembles three vertical dots.

Hover your mouse cursor on More Tools and then click Clear browsing data.

From the Clear browsing data dialog box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files.

Select the timeframe for the data that you want to delete. Click beginning of time to delete all cached data.

Note: Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies from the beginning of time means that all website settings, including website login information, is deleted. Some sites might appear to load slower on your first return visit because all of the images must load again.

Click Clear browsing data.
