Checking Your Data Usage With the Cox App

Solution

During system maintenance following account updates, your data usage meter may display the error The data usage for your account is not currently being captured and will not apply to your current data plan.

The Cox app offers a Data Usage Meter to Cox High Speed Internet customers that provides a way to check total monthly household data usage at any time. The Data Usage Meter is only available to Account Holder user accounts. To learn more about data usage, visit our Learn More page.
 

View your current data usage in the Cox app using the following steps.

Note: To view additional prior cycles, sign in and check your Data Usage Meter at Cox.com. See Access and Use the Data Usage Meter for more information

Launch the Cox app and sign in with your primary User ID and Password.

Note: If you haven't already created a User ID and Password, sign up for one by registering your account. Tap No Account? Register Now! and follow the steps. See Cox.com Account Registration and Preferences for more information.

From the Home page, tap Data Usage Details under the My Internet section.

Result: The Current Usage information displays.
