Changing Your Voice Mail PIN

Use the following information to change your PIN number using Voice Tools on Cox.com.

Notes:

• If you do not currently have a user ID and password on Cox.com, you must create one before you can log in to Voice Tools. See Registering Your Cox Account Online.
• For instruction on changing the PIN through the phone, see Using Voice Mail Personal Options.

Click or enter voicetools.cox.com into your browser.

Enter your primary User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Click to expand the Settings menu.

Click Voice Mail.

Ensure that Voice Mail is turned On.

Under Voice Mail locate Voice Mail PIN.

Click Change PIN.

Enter your new PIN number.

Re-enter your new PIN number to confirm the change.

Click Save.

Result: Your new PIN number is available immediately.
