Changing Your Profile on Cox.com


Your Cox.com User ID is used with your password to log into personalized Cox webpages, such as My Bill, Voice Tools, and My Account. Use the following steps to change your user ID, name, and nickname.


Click My Account at the top of the homepage.


Sign in with your User ID and Password.

Note: If you can't remember your password, click the Forgot Password? link under the Sign In button.


Click View My Profile.

Under User Accounts, click Update Profile.

Refer to the following steps to update the applicable changes.

  1. Enter your new User ID.
  2. Enter a new Name.
  3. Enter a new Nickname.
  4. Click Save changes.
