Changing Your Notification Preferences

Follow the steps below to change the notification preferences associated with your account.

From the My Profile window, in the Contact preferences section, click Notification preferences.
 

From the Notification Preferences window, complete the following steps.

1. Click the box next to your primary email, Cox Mobile Primary Line, or Cox Voice telephone number to set the notification preferences that you want.
   
   
   
   
2. If you have additional mobile lines, a second box is available for All other Cox Mobile numbers. click the box to set the notification preferences that you want.
   
   Note: Only the Cox Mobile Primary Line will have all notification preferences available while other Cox Mobile lines are limited.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Save.
