Changing Your Cox PIN on Cox.com

Use the following steps to change your Cox PIN.

From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.

Enter your primary User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Click the arrow on the Account section.
 

Under Password & Security, click Update PIN & Security Questions.
 

Complete the following steps.

1. Enter your Current PIN.
2. Enter a 4-digit number for your New PIN.
   
   Notes:
   • To view your PIN entries in each field, click the eye icon.
   • For added security, you can elect to hide your PIN on your paper bill by clicking Yes under Hide PIN on paper bill.
     
     
3. Click Save Changes.
