Changing Your Cox Mobile Service Using the Cox App

Solution

Complete the following steps to make a change to your Cox Mobile device.

On your mobile device open the Cox App, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Navigate to the Cox Mobile section of the home page, tap the phone number of the plan you want to change.

From the Cox Mobile screen, tap Change Your Plan.

From the Change Your Plan screen, the plan options display with the Current Plan indicated. Follow the steps below to select your new plan.

  1. Tap the radio button of the new plan you want to receive.

    Result: Your Estimated Monthly Charges display.
     
  2. Tap Next.

From the Plan Details Review screen, complete the following steps.

  1. Review the changes and the estimated monthly charges.
  2. Tap to view the Terms of Service.
  3. Tap Submit.

From the Confirmation screen, note the time the changes will go into effect. Tap Close.
