Changing Your Cox Mobile Service Online

Perform the following steps to make a change to your Cox Mobile device or add a new line.

Review the data plan and its details, then select one of the following options.

Verify your identity information and update as desired, then click Continue.

  • If you have set up Two-Step Verification previously, then you will see a message that additional verification is not required. Click Continue, then continue to the next step.
  • If you have not set up Two-Step Verification previously, then you will need to enter the confirmation code. Click Continue, then continue to the next step.

Review your requested changes for accuracy, then click Finish and Save Changes.

Result: An order confirmation window displays your order confirmation number and details of your requested change.
