Changing Your Cox Mobile Service Online

Solution

Perform the following steps to change your Cox Mobile service plan.

Under Mobile Plan, click Change plan.

Result: The Shopping Cart page displays current mobile plan information.

Click the new desired service plan and then click the Save Changes button.

Review the data plan details and then select one of the following options in the table below. When finished, click the Save Changes button to continue to the next step.

Clear CartClear anything saved in your shopping cart.
Save CartSave your selected options and complete your order at a later date.

Verify and confirm your identity information as applicable, then click the Continue button to continue to the next step.

  • If you previously set up Two-Step Verification (TSV), then a message displays indicating that additional verification is not required.
  • If you have not previously set up TSV, then select the desired method to receive your confirmation code and enter it to confirm your identity.

Review your requested changes for accuracy, then click Finish and Save Changes.

Result: An order confirmation window displays your order confirmation number and details of your requested change.
