Changing the TV Caller ID Banner Duration With Contour

To exit from any TV Caller ID menu, change the channel or press the LAST button on your remote control.

Change the Banner Duration

Use the Cox remote to complete these steps to change how long and where the TV Caller ID banner displays once you have accessed the TV Caller ID Settings menu within the Cox TV service.

1. Use the up or down arrows to highlight Duration, then press SELECT.
   
   
2. Use the up or down arrows to choose for how many seconds the banner displays on your TV.
   
   
   • 5 seconds
   • 10 seconds
   • 15 seconds
   • 20 seconds
   • 30 seconds
3. Press EXIT to save your changes and return to the TV Caller ID menu.

Change the Banner Location

Use the Cox remote to complete these steps to change how long and where the TV Caller ID banner displays once you have accessed the TV Caller ID Settings menu within the Cox TV service.

1. Use the up or down arrows buttons to highlight Banner Location, then press SELECT.
   
   
2. Use the up or down arrows to highlight Bottom or Right Side, then press SELECT to save your changes and return to the TV Caller ID menu.
