Changing the Secret Word in the Mobile App

Details

Follow the steps below to manage the Secret Word in the Cox Homelife mobile app.

Sign in to the Cox Homelife mobile app.

Tap the More tab and then select the Account tile.

On the Account screen, scroll down to the Secret Word section and tap Change Secret Word.

Enter your Master Code in the keypad to proceed.

Result: The current Secret Word (Central Station Passcode) displays.

Enter a new Secret Word and tap Save to accept the changes.
