Changing the Master Keypad Code in the Cox Homelife Mobile App

Follow the steps below to change your master keypad code through the Cox Homelife mobile app.

Sign in to the Cox Homelife mobile app.

Tap the More tab and select Keypad Codes.

From the Keypad Codes screen, tap the Master tile.

At the Account Verification screen, enter your current Master Keypad Code.

To change the Master Keypad Code, complete the following tasks.

1. On the Edit Keypad Code screen, enter your new Master Keypad code name in the Name field.
2. In the Code Type field, select Master.
3. Enter your new 4-Digit Code.
4. Tap SAVE.

Note: Be sure to document any changes you have made to your Master Keypad code.
