Changing the Duress Keypad Code in the Cox Homelife Mobile App

Follow the steps below to edit the duress code through the mobile app.

Sign in to the Cox Homelife mobile app.

Tap the More tab and then select Keypad Codes.

From the Keypad Codes screen, tap the Duress tile.

From the Account Verification screen, enter your Master Security Keypad Code.

To change the Duress Code, complete the following tasks.

1. On the Edit Keypad Code screen, enter the desired 4-Digit Code.
2. Tap SAVE.
