Changing the Duress Code on the Cox Homelife Touchscreen

Follow the steps below to change the code on the Touchscreen.

From the Cox Homelife Touchscreen Settings menu, tap Security > Manage Keypad Codes.

On the Manage Keypad Codes screen, in the Duress field tap Edit.

Is the Duress Code enabled or disabled?

• If the Duress Code is enabled, then tap the 4-Digit code field to change your current code.
• If the Duress Code is disabled, then tap the Enable Duress Code.

Enter the new 4-digit Duress Code.

Note: Verify the new code before you save it.

Tap Save.

Result: Your new Duress Code is active.
