Changing EasyPay Method of Payment Online

Solution

Complete the following steps to change your method of payment for EasyPay.

From the Cox.com homepage, click the person icon.

Enter your User ID and Password and then click Sign in.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Under the Billing section, next to Automatic payments, click Manage.

From the EasyPay automatic payments window, click Change.

In the How would you like to Pay? section, click Add Payment Method.

From the the Add a new payment method window, select the payment method type you are adding.
 

If adding a...Then...
Checking or savings account

Complete the following steps.

  1. Select Checking or Savings and complete the following fields.
    • Name on Account
    • Routing Number
    • Account Number
    • Re-enter Account Number
  2. In the Account Type drop-down menu, select the type of account being added.
  3. Click Submit.

    Result: The Review details and enroll page displays the details of your account and payment method.

Credit or debit card

Complete the following steps.

  1. Select Credit or Debit card and complete the following fields.
    • Name on card
    • Card Number
    • CVV - Enter the three- or four-digit security code on the card.
    • Zip Code - Enter the five-digit billing zip code for the card billing address.
  2. From the Month and Year drop-down menus, select the expiration date of the card being added.
  3. Click Add Payment Method.

    Result: The Review details and enroll page displays the details of your account and payment method.

Click the I have read and agree to the EasyPay Terms of Service checkbox and then click Enroll.

Results:

  • A confirmation page displays, indicating the enrollment was successful. This page can also be printed for your records.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment in EasyPay.
