Canceling Streaming Subscription Service

Use the steps below when canceling streaming services for the Contour and Contour Stream Player services.

• Subscriptions are based on a month-to-month subscription.
• Content will continue to be available until the end of the current subscription.
• Re-order of content cannot be done until the current subscription ends.
• Refunds and prorates are not applied if canceled.
• There are two categories where streaming services are located on the applications screen.
  • Streaming Networks
  • Sports

Access the applications screen on your Contour receiver. Refer to Accessing the Apps on a Contour Receiver.

Using the arrow buttons, highlight the streaming service to cancel, then press OK.

Using the arrow buttons, highlight Manage My Subscriptions, then press OK.

Using the arrow buttons, highlight Unsubscribe, then press OK.

Result: A pop-up window displays the confirmation of your order.
