Front View Click to enlarge.		The highest service level is based on wired connectivity speeds. After the cable modem is successfully registered on the network, the POWER, RECEIVE, SEND, and ONLINE indicators continuously indicate that the cable modem is online and fully operational.

POWER	Off	No power. Verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem.
POWER	Solid Green	None.
RECEIVE	Flashing	Scanning for a downstream channel. Verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem.
	Solid Green	None - the connection from the computer to the Internet is established on one channel.
	Solid Blue	None - operating on more than one channel (downstream bond mode).
SEND	Off	The upstream channel is inactive. Verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem.
	Flashing	Scanning for the upstream channel. Verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem.
	Solid Green	None - the connection from the Internet to the computer is established on one channel.
	Solid Blue	None - operating on more than one channel (upstream bond mode).
ONLINE	Off	No connection. Verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem.
	Solid Green	None. Operational.
	Flashing	None. Scanning for configuration parameters.
LINK	Off	No devices are connected. Verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem.
	Flashing	None. A single device connected to the Ethernet port transfers data between the computer and the cable modem.
	Solid Blue	None - connected to 1000 Mbps.
	Solid Amber	None - connected at 10 or 100 Mbps.
