Adding the Cox Internet Data Usage Widget on Your Smartphone

Complete the following steps to add the Cox Internet Data Usage widget to your smartphone.

Note: The widget only shows Cox Internet data usage, not Cox Mobile data usage.

Open the Cox App.

From the Sign In screen, complete the following steps:

1. Enter your User ID and Password.
2. Tap the Remember Me switch to on.
3. Tap Sign In.

What kind of device are you using?

• If you are using iOS, then continue to the next step.
• If you are using Android, then proceed to step 6.

Complete the following steps:

1. Minimize the Cox app.
2. Swipe right.
3. Tap Edit.
   
   
   
   
4. Tap Customize.
   
   

   
   

On the Cox Data Usage widget, tap the +.

In the upper right-hand corner, tap Done, then tap Done again.



Result: The Cox Data Usage widget is now added. All steps complete.

Complete the following steps:

1. Minimize the Cox app.
2. Tap and hold a blank section of the screen.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Widgets.
   
   

Scroll to find the Cox icon, then tap the down arrow to expand.

Tap the Data Usage icon, then tap the Add button.



Result: The Cox Data Usage widget is now added.
