Adding EasyPay While Paying Your Bill on Cox.com

Solution

Complete the following steps to sign up for EasyPay while paying your monthly bill.

From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.

Enter your primary User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Under the Billing section, click the Make a payment button.

Complete the following steps on the Make a One-Time Payment page.

  1. Enter your payment information.
  2. In the Additional options section check the box for Use this payment information to enroll in automatic payment with EasyPay.
  3. Click Submit.

The Review details and submit payment page displays the details of your payment and payment method.

  1. Review the details.
  2. Click the I have read and agree to the One Time Payment and EasyPay Terms of Service checkbox.
  3. Click Submit.

Result: A confirmation page displays indicating the enrollment was successful. You may click Print Confirmation to print a copy of your enrollment in EasyPay.
