Adding EasyPay From the Cox App

Solution

Sign in to the Cox app from your smart phone or other mobile device.
 

Note: EasyPay cannot be set up using Apple Pay.

On the main menu, tap the Billing icon.

Enroll in EasyPay for Internet, TV, Voice, or Homelife Tap Home Services Bill.

Manage the payment method on file Under Payment & Billing Options, tap the arrow to open the Manage Payment Methods page.

Tap Set Up Auto Payments.

Do you have a payment method on file already?

  • If yes, then continue to the next step.
  • If no, then follow the steps below.
    1. Tap Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card to add a new payment method.

    2. At the top right of the screen, tap Done, after you have entered your payment information based on your selected method.

Tap the payment method you are using for EasyPay and tap Continue.

Complete the steps below to confirm enrollment.

  1. From the Review Enrollment page, review the details and Terms of Service agreement.

  2. Tap Agree & Enroll

    Result: A confirmation page displays.

  3. Tap Done.

    Note: You can view and manage the payment method assigned to your Home or Mobile Services accounts in the Manage Payment Methods section.
