Adding Cox Email to an Existing User ID

Solution

Are you a current Cox High Speed Internet customer trying to access Cox Email? You may have been directed to this page because you have a Cox user ID but have not signed up for an associated Cox Email account. To add a Cox Email account to your Cox user ID, use the following instructions. After doing so, you will be able to log in to your Cox Email account.

Cox High Speed Internet customers can opt in to use Cox Email after completing their initial account registration on Cox.com. Use the following steps to create a Cox Email account in My Profile by accessing the Users & Email Accounts tab.

  1. Click Sign In My Account.
  2. Enter your primary User ID and Password, then click Sign In.

From the My Account page, click View My Profile.

Click the Users & Email Accounts tab.

Locate the primary User ID, then click Create Email Account.

Note: To add Cox Email to a secondary User ID, click Modify User and then Create Email Account.

Confirm that you would like to create an email account by clicking Create Email Account.

Result: A green confirmation message displays that the Cox Email account has been created successfully. Visit myemail.cox.net to send and receive your email, access your calendar, and more.
