Activating Readable Voice Mail or Voice Mail Notifications in Voice Tools

Solution

No need to dial home to check your messages; instead, you can opt-in to listen to or read the transcribed text of a voice mail in Voice Tools or from an email notification.

  • When Readable Voice Mail is enabled, and you've chosen to play the voice mail in Voice Tools, then the transcribed text displays beneath the message.
  • To receive a notification when a voice mail is left, you add up to five email addresses. In the email notification, you can decide if you want to receive an audio file, transcript, or both.
  • Review the Legal Disclaimer for using Readable Voice Mail.
