Complete the following steps to access the Activation Portal.
- Access the activation portal.
- Sign in using your My Account User ID and Password.
- Complete the Two-Step Verification method.
Notes:- Leave phone turned off while completing the activation steps until you reach step four.
- If Number Lock Protection is enabled, and you are activating a new device on an existing line or activating a newly replaced SIM card, Cox will require an ID Scan to confirm your identity before an activation can be completed.
- New line activations do not need to pass ID Scan to activate their line.
