Activating a Cox Mobile Device Using the Activation Portal

Complete the following steps to access the Activation Portal.

• Access the activation portal.
• Sign in using your My Account User ID and Password.
• Complete the Two-Step Verification method.
  
  Note: Leave phone turned off while completing the activation steps until you reach step four.
