Accessing Your Bill Online

Solution

Want to view your Cox bill online at Cox.com? Sign in to your account, or use your smartphone or other mobile devices.
 

For security reasons, only the primary account holder can view billing details, statements, and account history. If the account holder has listed you on the account as an authorized user and gives you full access to the account, then you can make a payment as well as view billing details, statements, or account history.

From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.

Enter your primary User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Click the arrow on the Billing section.

Result: The Payment & Billing Options page displays.

From the Billing & Payments page, you can select from the following.

  1. Click View statements.
  2. In the View drop-down menu, select the statement you want to view.
    • For Home Services, select Statement 001: Home
    • For Cox Mobile, select Statement 701: Mobile

  3. Next to Billing Period, choose a date from the drop-down menu.

    Result: The Summary of Charges displays.

  4. Click the View Bill Details (PDF), to access the full version of the bill.

    Note: If you do not have Adobe Reader, click the link under the PDF to download the software.

Viewing Your Cox Bill With the Cox App 

Want to see your Cox bill while using your mobile device? You can do so using Cox App. Follow the steps below.
 

Note: You must have a Cox user ID and password to use the Cox App.

Complete the following steps to access Billing Options.
  1. Sign in using your Cox User ID and Password.
  2. From the Home screen, tap the Billing icon.

  3. From the Billing screen, select the statements you want to view.
    • To view Internet, Phone, TV, or Homelife statements, tap the Home Services Bill arrow.
    • To view Mobile Phone statements, tap the Cox Mobile Bill arrow.

From the Billing screen, tap Activity & Statements.

From the Activity & Statements screen, complete the following steps to view your statements.

  1. Tap Statements.
  2. Choose a statement date, tap View Bill Details (PDF).

Result: A PDF format of your Cox bill displays.
