Accessing Your Bill Online

Solution

Want to view your Cox bill online at Cox.com? Sign in to your account, or use your smart phone or other mobile device.
 

For security reasons, only the primary account holder can view billing details, statements, and account history. If the account holder has listed you on the account as an authorized user, and gives you full access to the account, then you can make a payment as well as view billing details, statements, or account history.

From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.

Enter your primary User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Click the arrow on the Billing section.

Result: The Payment & Billing Options page displays.

From the Billing & Payments page, you can select from the following.

  1. Click View My Statements.
  2. Next to Billing Period, choose a date from the drop-down menu.

    Result: The Summary of Charges displays.

  3. Click the View Bill Details (PDF), to access the full version of the bill.

    Note: If you do not have Adobe Reader, click the link under the PDF to download the software.

Viewing Your Cox Bill With Cox Connect 

Want to see your Cox bill while using your mobile device? You can do so using Cox Connect. Follow the steps below.
 

Note: You must have a cox.net account to use Cox Connect.

Complete the following steps to access Billing Options.
  1. Sign in using your Cox User ID and Password.
  2. From the Home screen, tap View Billing Options.

From the Billing and Payments screen, tap View Statements.

Tap to view previous statements, starting with the oldest.
 

Result: A PDF format of your Cox bill displays.
