Accessing Netflix

Netflix TV shows and movies are integrated directly into the browse menus and search functionality of Contour.

• A subscription to the Netflix Premium Plan, a compatible 4K television, and the Wireless 4K Contour Stream Player are required to view 4K content.
• All streaming apps count towards your Cox service data usage. For more information, refer to Understanding Data Usage.
• You must subscribe to any level of Cox residential Internet service.

You must subscribe and be signed into Netflix to browse menus and use the search functionality. For more information refer to Signing in to Netflix.

Voice Command

Using your voice, go directly to the Netflix app.
 

1. Press the Mic button on your Cox remote and when prompted say "Netflix."
    
   Result: Netflix displays.
    
   
    
2. Confirm you are signed into Netflix. For more information, refer to Signing In to Netflix as needed.

Cox Remote

Use your Cox remote to access Netflix.

1. Press Contour on your remote.
2. From the Menu, scroll to Apps. 
3. Press OK and use the arrow keys to highlight Netflix.
    
   Result: Netflix displays.
    
   
    
4. Press OK.
5. Confirm you are signed into Netflix. For more information refer to Signing in to Netflix as needed.
