Note: If you do not want Spam Blocker to automatically block or divert calls, change all settings to Allow.

Note: If you do not want Spam Blocker to automatically block or divert calls, change all settings to Allow.
Access Voice Tools to adjust settings on your Cox Voice account. See Accessing Voice Tools Settings.
Click the Settings option from the menu.
Under the Spam Blocker section, click the Customize link to adjust your settings.
Click the filter buttons High Risk, Medium Risk, and Low Risk calls. The options are Allow, Send To Voicemail, and Block.
Note: If you do not have Voice Mail, then Medium Risk calls will default to the Allow option.
Click the Save button to confirm your choices.
