Seasonal status is available to residential customers for any level of Cox video, phone and/or Internet service. Multi-service discount pricing is available when multiple services are place on seasonal status beginning on the same date. All services on seasonal status must be restored to active service on the same date. A $10 charge will apply for restoration of phone service when phone is the only service placed on seasonal status. Maximum seasonal status duration is 9 consecutive months or 9 months within any calendar year; minimum is 30 consecutive days. Minimum 30 days required between seasonal status periods. Customer must contact Cox to reactivate service. Failure to reactivate service before 9-month maximum may result in full service pricing. Regular voice mail rates will continue to apply for customers retaining voice mail service while phone service is on seasonal status. Seasonal prices do not include applicable taxes, franchise fees, and other surcharges. Other restrictions may apply.
