Share Your Referral Link – As a Cox customer, you'll receive a unique referral link via email or through your Cox account. Share this link with friends who are interested in signing up for Cox services. Friend Signs Up – Your friend must use your referral link before ordering new Cox services. They must be a new or existing residential customer adding a Qualifying Service (Cox TV, Internet, Voice, Mobile, or Homelife). Upgrades, transfers, and recent cancellations (within 30 days) don't qualify. Services Get Installed – Your friend's new services must be installed and activated within 30 days of their referral. Both Earn Rewards – Once your friend's service is active for at least 30 days, you'll each receive a $25 virtual prepaid Mastercard per qualifying service (up to $125 each). Rewards will be delivered within 60 days of installation. Earn Up to $600 Per Year – You can refer multiple friends and earn up to $600 in rewards per year. ### Who is eligible to participate in the referral program? This Refer a Friend promotion is open only to current residential Cox customers who are not members of another Cox referral program at the time of submitting the referral. Cox Communications employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to be Advocates or Referred Customers, and Advocates may not refer themselves or their own accounts. ### Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer? You can refer as many friends as you want, however you are limited to earning $600 in referral rewards in a calendar year. ### Making a Referral ### How do I refer a friend? Generate your personal referral link after you sign in on the Refer a Friend page. Refer your friends, family members, and neighbors by simply copy + pasting your link into an SMS message, email, or social media post/DM. You can also share using the email or social share options on the share experience. Your friend will need to click on your referral link and enter their email address as part of the referral process. Once your referred friend signs up for new, qualifying Cox Communications service and the installation is complete, you both earn the referral reward. ### What information does my friend need to provide when signing up? Your friend will need to provide their email address when they receive your referral and sign up to participate in the program. ### How will my friend know that I referred them? You can share your referral link directly with your friend via SMS, email, or social media channel. If you choose to share via email, your referral link will come from your email address. Your friend must click on your referral link as part of the referral qualification process. ### Can I refer someone who is already a Cox customer? You can refer someone who is already a Cox customer, but only if they are adding a new Qualifying Service (Cox TV, Internet, Voice, Mobile, or Homelife) that they don't already have. To qualify, your friend must use your referral link before placing their order and have their new service installed within 30 days. ### Do my referrals expire if my friend doesn't sign up right away? No - your referral will not expire as long as the program is still active. ### Rewards & Incentives ### What reward do I receive for referring a friend?
