2 Year Term Service Agreement
Your service agreement will be for 24 months. You may cancel within 30 days of start of agreement to avoid an early termination fee (ETF) by calling Cox Customer Care at the number located on your bill. After that, you will be charged up to $240 if you cancel the agreement or TV, Internet or Basic Phone is disconnected. You may use your own internet equipment but won’t be able to receive the benefits of connecting in minutes or a free month of service. To experience hassle-free connection in minutes, you must select the Premium Wifi Modem rental in your cart.
We encourage you to make the most of your Cox service by bundling Internet, Contour TV, Cox Voice and Cox Homelife, all on one convenient bill. Simply select a package that includes the services that suit your needs, customize your equipment and features in the cart, and follow the online checkout process to complete your order. As long as you keep the pre-installed internet modem selected in your cart, you’ll be online in minutes. Your Contour TV and Cox Voice services can be self-installed or professionally installed, depending on eligibility.
During the check-out process, you have the opportunity to customize your package with TV channels, TV equipment, premium tech support and telephone features depending on which services you have selected. Be sure to keep the pre-installed internet modem selected during customization to be online in minutes. To complete your order, we’ll need your name, phone number, email address, service and billing address and payment information. You may be asked to provide a social security number to complete a secure credit check. You will also set up a 4-digit Cox PIN number for security purposes.
