You can go online within 15 minutes of ordering services. Just look for your Wifi Username and Password on your Premium Wifi Modem to connect your device.

Check on the bottom of your wifi modem for your secure wifi network name and password. Follow these instructions to connect your device to wifi.

You can call a customer care representative (918-286-3443 or Chat Online) for any issues with your Cox services.
