SmartHelp troubleshooting

SmartHelp can help detect when there's an issue with your Internet, TV or Phone services. Get support quickly with a troubleshooting experience that's tailored to your specific issue -- without having to call, navigate telephone prompts, or talk to multiple agents.

In the Home tab, check the status of your network for any known issues and click the Get Help button whenever you need support.

Checking your status

If you're ever in an outage, you’ll see an alert on the App dashboard. In this case, Cox is aware of the outage and is working hard to restore your service(s) -- you can sign up to receive a text notification once your outage has been resolved.
