Cox offers many different bundle plans that combine price, internet speed and included products. For example, some bundles may include both internet and Cox Contour TV, but include different internet speeds or number of channels.

Yes, customers can make changes to their account by contacting the Cox Customer Care team. If customers want to downgrade services, it’s best to do so within 30 days of signing up for service. After 30 days, downgrades are still possible, but customers may lose promotional rates and an early termination fee if the package includes a service agreement. And, of course, customers may upgrade services at any time by logging into My Account.

A service agreement is the commitment between customers and Cox that guarantees special price savings with the promise of sticking together for a certain period of time. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service within the first 30-days of service, we offer a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee. This means, if you cancel within your first 30 days, there will be no early termination fee (ETF). To do this, please call the Cox Customer Care team. After the first 30 days passes, there may be a charge to cancel before the service agreement ends. We know a service agreement isn't for everyone, so we also offer a month-to-month option without a service agreement for an additional $10/month during checkout. Whether you pick a plan with a service agreement or not, all services and plans are subject to Cox Residential Customer Service Agreement (including mandatory arbitration provisions), Acceptable Use Policy (including Cox’s right to terminate service for abuse of network), and other policies found at cox.com/policies.
