What the Equipment Service Plan (ESP) covers

With the ESP, you can rest easy knowing we’ll take care of these things:

  • Labor for service repairs/replacement of faulty devices
  • System malfunction
  • Service-call fees*
  • Battery replacement service and installation charges

*Customers may see a service charge if the issue is related to equipment not installed by Cox, improperly self-installed devices or if the problem is determined to be customer-caused.
