Contour
Contour is available to residential customers with Cox Contour TV Preferred and Internet Preferred or higher TV/Internet service. Digital receiver/remote and Cox approved modem required. The Contour TV Package includes the Contour guide with personal show recommendations, access to over a dozen additional HD channels, and optional Record 6 DVR service, which allows you to record 6 shows at once and watch all your recorded shows on any TV in the house. Record 6 DVR service fees are in addition to Contour service and Record 6 DVR receiver charges. Receivers to view programming in additional rooms are extra. Storage claim based on 1,000 hours of SD programming; capacity varies with mix of HD and SD recordings.

Contour App
The Contour app is available to Cox Bundle customers with Cox TV Essential or higher, and Cox Internet Preferred or higher. The app is compatible with iPad 2 or newer (iPad 1 is compatible with the Cox TV Connect app, also found in the App store). Personal show recommendations based on TV viewing and the Watch On TV app feature requires the Contour TV package. iPad is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

Contour TV
Equipment rental is a separate charge unless indicated as included as part of a video package. DVR
Available to residential Cox Contour TV customers. Cox DVR receiver and remote rental required. Monthly DVR service fee applies for each DVR receiver. OnDEMAND and MusicChoice channels cannot be recorded. Available DVR recording space varies. Number of digital outlets per household may be limited. Installation, taxes, fees and surcharges are additional. Other restrictions may apply.

On Demand
On DEMAND programming varies by market and is not available in all areas. Subscription to channel required to receive corresponding On Demand programming. A Cox digital receiver or a Cox-provided CableCARD together with a certified compatible Tru2Way CableCARD retail device required. See CableCARD FAQs for details. CableCARD is a registered trademark of Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. (CableLabs®) and is used with permission. Some On DEMAND programming, including subscription video On DEMAND, is additional. HD charge may apply for HD movies On DEMAND. Number of On DEMAND and HD choices may vary. On DEMAND and Music Choice channels cannot be recorded.

Hispanic and International
Channels and Packages shown are not available in all Cox service areas. Equipment rental is a separate charge unless indicated as included as part of a video package. Sports Packages
Blackout restrictions apply to sports programming. Sports package subscriptions automatically continue from year to year at a special renewal rate, unless the auto-renewal option is not accepted at the time of purchase, or the package is cancelled before the start of the next season. Internet service packages shown are not available in all areas. Cable modem required for Internet services. For best performance, use of Cox-approved cable modem is recommended. A DOCSIS 3.0 modem or higher is required to consistently receive optimal speeds for Preferred 100 and higher tiers, and is strongly recommended for all other tiers. Uninterrupted or error-free Internet service, or the speed of your service, is not guaranteed. Actual speeds vary. For Ultimate users with Microsoft operating systems: If you are using an MS operating system other than Vista/Windows 7 (e.g., Microsoft XP), your registry keys must be updated to enable maximum speed performance.

Telephone modem is required and will be provided for the duration of phone service subscription. Upon disconnection of phone service, modem must be returned within 30 days or a monthly rental fee or lost equipment charge will apply. Modem uses household electrical power to operate. Telephone service, including access to e911 service, will not be available during a power outage without a backup battery or if the modem is moved or inoperable. New modem installs do not come with a battery. You may purchase a backup battery from Cox or, if you are a Lifeline customer, obtain a battery from Cox without charge. Purchased batteries are not required to be returned upon disconnection of service. You must monitor the health of the battery and
replace it as needed (see cox.com/battery).

Unlimited plan long distance minutes are limited to direct-dialed long distance calls within the United States, its unincorporated territories, calls to Mexico terminating on landlines and Canada, and require subscription to Cox for local, toll and state to state long distance service. Unlimited plan long distance minutes can be used only for residential, non-commercial voice calls and usage that is not consistent with such use may subject your account to review and/or suspension or termination of your service.

Unlimited local calling with residential service plans is limited to the Cox Digital Telephone Starter, Essential, and Premier plans.

Bundle pricing requires purchase of additional services. Prices exclude taxes, surcharges and other fees including a monthly FCC access charge and Federal Universal Service charge.
