Managing your Phone Service

You can easily manage your home phone service and features both at home and on-the-go with Voice Tools on cox.com and with the Cox Connect mobile app:

With Voice Tools, you can:

  • Turn on Readable Voice Mail to transcribe and forward messages to up to 5 email addresses.
  • Access, play and save Voice Mail messages from any web-enabled computer.
  • Turn on/off Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and Do Not Disturb.
  • Reset your Voice Mail password and change your greeting.
  • Check your call history.
  • Turn off Voice Mail.

With Cox Connect, you can:

  • View the inbound and outbound call history for each phone line on the account. Plus, easily call the numbers back or send a message (mobile provider voice and data rates may apply).
