With StraightUp Internet you can pay how you want.
Enjoy more peace of mind with automatic payments. Just log into My Account, select Automatic Payments, add your debit or credit card information and follow the steps.
Simply log into My Account, put in your credit/debit card information and click Add One Month. We'll shoot you an email or text reminder before the month ends, so you never have to worry about forgetting to renew your service.
Pause your service at the end of the month with no penalty. You don't need to anything at the end of the month—your service will automatically turn off.
You should receive an email confirmation of your payment, but it may take up to 24 hours to appear in My Account.
Your free DOCSIS 3.0 Dual band WiFi Modem is yours to keep, even if you pause your service.

If you're enrolled in EasyPay automatic payments, there's no need to manually add another month to your service. When your service is set to expire, you will automatically be charged for an additional month.
If you're not enrolled in EasyPay, you may be outside of the availability window to add another month to your service. The window to add another month to your service is typically around 30 days prior to your expiration date. You should receive an email when it's time to add another month to your service.
Since you pay upfront for a month of Internet service, there's no option to cancel service or pro-rate charges.
You can pause your service without penalty! Simply don't add another month to your service after the month is up, and you won't be charged for another month of service. If you're enrolled in EasyPay automatic payments, contact us to cancel future payments. There are no fees for not recharging your service, and you can keep your equipment and cables.
You own the equipment (modem and cables), so it's yours to keep. It's easy and quick to get up and running again if you decide to add an additional month of service at any point since you won't need to wait for a new installation kit.
Yes! If you're within 30 days of your service expiration date, sign in to My Account to Add One Month of service.
If you're past the 30 day window, go here to add another month of service. You'll get a new account number, so you'll need to register for My Account again or contact us to link your new account number to your existing My Account credentials.
A variety of factors, including your modem placement, the number of connected devices, device limitations, and others, affect your actual speed.
Cox TV, Phone, and Homelife cannot be combined with StraightUp Internet since they are billed differently. These services are billed after the month of service, whereas StraightUp Internet is paid prior to the month of service.
