Alert messages to notify you of upcoming calendar invites or unread messages
A dashboard to organize your entire mail account in a single view
Create up to 10 accounts of 2 GB each (10 GB for Ultimate and 15 GB for Gigablast)

You may create an email account that will be the same as your My Account User ID you chose during account registration followed by @cox.net. See example below:NOTE: It is not recommended to change or delete your primary email address. Register for My Account
Create, delete, and reactivate email accounts through My Profile in My Account on Cox.com. To start, go to cox.com/MyProfile, sign in with your primary User ID, and select the “Users & Email Accounts” tab.

No, your mailbox will be updated automatically. You will also receive an email shortly after your mailbox has been successfully updated. If you access email through WebMail, you will also be guided through the updated WebMail experience when you log in at myemail.cox.net.
The new email experience provides improved performance and stability. Additionally, if you access your email through WebMail at myemail.cox.net, the new Cox Email experience offers a facelift with multiple enhancements over our current WebMail experience including the following:
No. Once your Cox Email account has been updated, you no longer have access to the old experience. Visit myemail.cox.net to log in.
No, email settings on your mobile phone or tablet do not need to be changed. For reference, see Cox Email Server Settings. Alternatively, you can point your mobile browser to http://webmail.cox.net and get a brand new WebMail experience on your mobile device.
No. All of your messages, folders, contacts, and settings should be carried over to the new email experience.
You will receive an email shortly after your Cox Email account has been successfully updated.
In a web browser, update your saved favorites or bookmarks from webmail.cox.net to myemail.cox.net. After entering myemail.cox.net in your web browser, sign in with your Cox User ID and Password. If that doesn't work, try to reset your password for your account. Refer to Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password. If you are using an email client program, confirm you are using the correct Cox Email Server Settings. If you are still unable to access your Cox Email account, please contact us.
