Touchscreen Control Panel

The Touchscreen Control Panel is the hub of your security and automation system. Once installed, it should not be moved from its originally installed location. Unplugging or moving your Touchscreen could result in loss of functionality for your home security system. Please contact Customer Support at 877-404-2568 if you need assistance.

  • Communicates wirelessly to all of your Homelife devices and dedicated router, using WiFi (802.11) and Zigbee (802.15) protocols and operates in the 2.4GHz spectrum
  • Must be plugged into wall outlet
  • Can be placed on any counter, table or shelf but not wall-mounted
  • Should not be moved once installed
  • 24-hour backup battery in case of power loss at home
  • Free cellular backup in case of interruption in broadband connection*
