Homelife equipment installed by Cox is covered for 90 days after purchase under manufacturer warranty that covers both parts and labor.
The Homelife Equipment Service Plan (ESP) extends the warranty on your Cox Homelife devices due to any unforeseen hardware or system failures for a small monthly fee. The plan covers (a) Homelife devices or parts, (b) labor for service repairs/replacement of faulty devices, (c) system malfunction, (d) service call fees*, and (e) battery replacement service and installation charges.
The Cox Homelife Automation system was created to be low maintenance, but sometimes batteries need replacing. The following devices utilize batteries to operate.
