We’re here to help you register your Cox account, set up your Cox User ID and Password and manage your services.

Cox User ID

Picture this: it’s been a long day. You’re away on a business trip, ready to settle in for the night, and you realize that you missed last night’s season finale. But then it hits you – “I can watch it online”.

But catching up on missed episodes and watching live news and sports aren’t the only great things available when you create a User ID and Password. Managing your account, paying bills online, accessing email**, checking voice messages, and setting your DVR remotely are just a few of the complimentary features included in your Cox services.

Your Cox User ID gives you access to*:

  • Account settings, profile information, and your Cox PIN
  • Your balance, online bill and payment options
  • Online TV and TV Everywhere network apps to watch wherever, whenever
  • Call history, Voice Mail and phone settings
  • The Cox Connect App to easily view and pay bills, get support, record shows to your DVR, manage settings, locate hotspots and more from anywhere.

Register Your Cox Primary User ID

Register your Cox Primary User ID to enjoy and manage all the great entertainment options Cox offers. Once you register a Primary User ID, you can register up to nine additional Cox User IDs in My Profile. Secondary users will have limited access to cox.com tools and features.

To get started, you’ll need the following info handy so we can verify your identity:

  • Cox account number OR home telephone number/home address
  • Cox 4-digit PIN OR last 4 digits of the accountholder’s social security number
