Cox Complete CareSM (CCC) is a comprehensive support solution that covers a wide range of support needs, that goes beyond the scope of CSPP. Similar to CSPP, Cox Complete CareSM covers inside wiring repair for Cox Phone, Internet and TV service. However, in addition to wiring repair, CCC also includes advanced tech support, such as virus detection and removal, PC troubleshooting and clean-up, software configuration, and technology training and advice.
