From the Mailbox Settings, you can select from the following option.

1 - Distribution List menu
  • 1 - Work with an existing distribution list
    • 1 - Add a member
    • 2 - Remove a member
    • 3 - Delete the distribution list
    • 4 - Hear all the members
    • 5 - Change the name
  • 2 - New distribution list

    Note: Enter a number for the distribution list, record a name, and add members one at a time.

  • 3 - Hear all existing distribution lists
2 - Attendant Call menu
  • 0 - When a greeting is played
    • 1 - Enter or edit the number
    • 2 - Turn off the Attendant Call coverage
  • 3 - Login Options menu
    • 1 - Change the PIN
