Viewing Your Cox Bill Online

Solution

Cox Business customers who have registered online profiles can view their current and previous Cox bills. Follow the steps below to view your current Cox bill or statements from the past 18 months.

Notes:

  • For help understanding your statement, refer to How to Read Your Cox Bill.
  • You can also print and save bills / statements while viewing them in your browser window.

Go to https://myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.

From the Homepage, click the Billing Details link.

Do you have more than one account?

  • If no, then continue to the next step.
  • If yes, then from the Select an account drop-down menu, select the account to modify.

Click the statement tab associated with the statement you are viewing.
 

Note: If you only have one statement, no tabs display.

Refer to the following to determine the next step based on the statement you want to view.

  • To view your current statement, click View Current Statement.

  • To view statements from the last 18 months, click the View All Statements link.

    1. Click the drop-down menu under Select the statement you would like to view today: and then select the date.
    2. Click View.

      Result: The selected statement displays in PDF format.

      Notes:
      • If the statement does not display, confirm that your browser's pop-up blocker is temporarily disabled. You may also add Coxbusiness.com as a trusted site.
      • To save or print the PDF statement, click the appropriate icon in the top right corner of the browser window.
