Viewing Your Cox Bill Online

Solution

Follow these steps to view your current Cox bill or statements for the past 12 months.

Go to MyAccount.coxbusiness.com and sign in using your User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you have not yet registered for a User ID, you may do so by selecting New to Cox Business MyAccount? Register now.

Click Billing Tools.

Result: The View My Statements page displays.

On the Billing Tools page, click View My Statements.

Select the appropriate account and click Next.

In the Choose Invoice drop-down menu, select the month you would like to view.

Result: The statement you selected displays in PDF form.
 

If the statement does not display, confirm that your pop-up blocker is temporarily disabled. You may also add Coxbusiness.com as a trusted site.
